Diversity at Gartree

At Gartree we believe that it is important for students to work and learn in a diverse environment as it helps them get a deeper understanding about new cultures and experiences which they may not have known about previously. Working in a diverse environment not only helps the kids develop skills such as inclusivity and respect for other cultures, but it also helps prepare them for the world outside of school as they may chose to travel or work in a culturally rich area especially as globalisation becomes more accessible.
 

We believe that schools that promote diversity create a safe and inclusive environment where students from all backgrounds feel safe and welcome this, in turn, will help the students excel in their work and in other areas of life.
